Video door phone: Increase human communication while maintaining a secure lookout

We designed a video door phone with weatherproof design and two-way communication, which presents a security solution that combines affordability, durability, and functionality. This phone features a low-cost camera tailored for theft prevention.

Enabling better communication

Video door phones have remained mostly unchanged since their introduction- a low-cost camera and a heavy weather-proof shell. While these are vital for the product to function and last, we saw another issue to address: two-way communication.

Our Video Door Phone features a low-cost camera tailored for theft prevention, ensuring that homeowners can monitor their property effectively without breaking the bank. The heavy outer material provides robust protection against weather damage, safeguarding the internal components and ensuring reliable performance in any climate. Additionally, the inclusion of two-way communication capability enhances the user experience, allowing seamless interaction between residents and visitors for added convenience and security. An Intuitive Solution for Answering your door

This solution for answering the door mimics real-world interactions, providing an experience that can be accessed from anywhere. The device allows a user to answer the door intuitively, regardless of where they are.

The goal is to provide a natural experience that mirrors real-world interactions, making it easier and more convenient to answer your door. If a user is occupied in a meeting or otherwise unable to answer a call, the device allows them to leave a text message for the delivery executive. This feature is designed to facilitate communication and improve convenience for users. When they leave a text message, it will appear on the doorbell’s screen, allowing the delivery executive to read it and take the appropriate action. Whether they’re busy or simply prefer not to answer the door, this device ensures that one can communicate effectively and efficiently with visitors.
