Current Landscape

The footwear and apparel sector is a dynamic and competitive market, with businesses constantly seeking to innovate and meet the changing needs of consumers. Sustainability, social conscience, and innovation all have a big impact on it.

Our Approach

From fast fashion to sustainable fashion, the footwear and apparel industry plays a significant role in shaping culture and identity through personal style and expression. However, it has drawn heat for its unsustainable production practices and lack of inclusivity and diversity in product design.

To tackle this, our expert team of designers have detailed conversations with multiple stakeholders, right from manufacturers to end-users from different walks of life, to gain valuable insights and define a strategy. This helps us to prioritise the features and also the problems we need to address. From a product perspective, we had to also identify various details which would help solve problems that users face from a functional and aesthetic point of view.

Revolutionizing Backpack Functionality

At Analogy, we kickstarted this project by diving deep into understanding what our target audience truly needs and wants from their backpacks. From there, we put our thinking caps on and came up with some super innovative features and technologies that will revolutionize the way you carry your gear.

Using a combination of sketches and cutting-edge digital designs, we’ve created and tested prototypes that have been crafted using only the most durable and user-friendly materials out there. Finally, we’ve refined the design through some extensive user testing and feedback to make sure we’ve nailed not just the functionality, but the look and feel of our backpacks too.
